Controlling Holder Rights. The parties hereto agree and acknowledge that Sequoia Mortgage Funding Corporation, an Affiliate of the Depositor, in its capacity as the initial Controlling Holder pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and for so long as it is the Controlling Holder, will assume all of Assignee’s rights and all related responsibilities as Owner under the section of the Flow Servicing Agreement listed below: Section Matter
