Common use of Controlling Holder Rights Clause in Contracts

Controlling Holder Rights. WX Xxxxxxx agrees and acknowledges that Sequoia Mortgage Funding Corporation, an Affiliate of the Depositor, in its capacity as the initial Controlling Holder (as defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement) pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, and for so long as it is the Controlling Holder, will exercise all of Assignee’s rights as Purchaser under the following section of the Purchase Agreement: Purchase Agreement: Section or Subsection Matter
