Common use of Controlling Laws Clause in Contracts

Controlling Laws. (a) This Agreement and provisions contained herein shall be construed, controlled, and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Georgia and all duly adopted ordinances, regulations, and policies of City now in effect and those hereinafter adopted. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement for particular issues, all City ordinances, rules, regulations and policies are applicable. (b) The location for settlement of any and all claims, controversies, or disputes, arising out of or relating to any part of this Agreement, or any breach hereof, shall be Chatham County, Georgia.
