Convenience Only. The table of contents and the headings preceding the text of the several sections and paragraphs in this Agreement are inserted solely for convenience of reference and shall not constitute a part of this Lease, nor shall they affect its meanings, construction, or effect. Unless stated to the contrary, any references to any Articles, Sections or Schedules and the like contained herein are to the respective Articles, Sections, Schedules and the like of this Lease.
