Convening a meeting. 3 The Issuer or the Trustee may at any time convene a meeting. If it receives a written request by Noteholders holding at least 10 per cent in principal amount of the Notes for the time being outstanding and is indemnified to its satisfaction against all costs and expenses, the Trustee shall convene a meeting.
