Conversion or Continuation Requirements. Section 2.6(a) of the Agreement is hereby amended to add the following sentence at the end thereof as follows: If Borrowers elect to convert the entire balance of the Equipment Facility B Loans to COF Lending Rate Loans after the Equipment Facility B Loans Conversion Date pursuant to Section 2.4(a)(v), such COF Lending Rate Loans may not be converted back into Prime Lending Rate Portions.
