A notice given by the Borrowers to the Administrative Agent of the Borrower’s election to Convert or Continue a Base Rate Loan to a LIBOR Rate Loan, or vice versa, in accordance with Sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2. Convert, Conversion and Converted. Refers to the conversion of either a Base Rate Loan into a LIBOR Rate Loan or a LIBOR Rate Loan into a Base Rate Loan pursuant to Sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2.
