Conversions to Regular or Recurring Positions. The maximum durations of employment for a contract employee are set out in Article 10.1 and in Articles 4.12, 7.4, 10.18, 13.11, 16.4 and 16.5. In the event that the employment of a contract employee inadvertently continues beyond these maximum periods, the University shall immediately terminate such employment, or if the University determines a continuing need, post and fill the position in accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement. Monthly listings are provided to the Union in accordance with Article 4.5.
