NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. 5.01 The Union agrees there will be no strikes and the Employer agrees there will be no lockouts during the term of this Agreement. The term "strike" and "lockout" shall bear the meaning given them in the Ontario Labour Relations Act, as amended.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. 4.01 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held, the Union will not permit or encourage any strike, slowdown, or any stoppage of work or otherwise restrict or interfere with the Employer's operation through its members.
4.02 During the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a further agreement are being held, the Employer will not engage in any lockout of its employees or deliberately restrict or reduce the hours of work or deliberately send men home when this is not warranted by the workload.

In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the processing of grievances, the Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there will be no strikes, picketing, slow-down or stoppage, either complete or partial, and the Company agrees that there will be no lockout.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. 5:01 There shall be no strikes or lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate. The word "strike" and the word "lockout" shall have the meaning as set forth in The Labour Relations Act, as amended.

4.02 During this Agreement and while negotiations (including arbitration proceedings) for a renewal agreement are taking place, the Employer shall not lock out any of its employees, or deliberately restrict or reduce hours of work, or lay off employees when such layoff is not warranted by the workload.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. 4.01 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a renewal or further agreement are being held, neither the Union, its members or any employee shall take part in or cause or encourage any strike, picketing, slowdown or any stoppage or suspension of, or interference with work, or production, which shall in any way affect the operations of the Employer, nor shall there be any sympathy strikes, or secondary strikes and boycotts.
4.02 The Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement, or while negotiations for a renewal agreement are being held, the Employer will not engage in any lockout of its employees or deliberately restrict or reduce the hours of work or deliberately send employees home when this is not warranted by the workload.
NO STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. 4.01 The Company agrees that it will not cause or direct any lockouts of its’ employees and the Union agrees that there will be no strikes or other collective action which will stop or interfere with production during the term of this contract or any extension thereof.
