CONVERTING TO AGREEMENT. As the Tenant chooses to exercise their option to purchase the property, the Landlord and Tenant agree to: β - Execute a New Agreement. The parties have agreed to create a purchase agreement that is in line with the terms and conditions contained in this Addendum within a period not to exceed ten (10) days of the Tenant exercising their right to buy the property. Refusal of the landlord to sign a purchase agreement constitutes in a breach of specific performance.
