Within five (5) days after occupancy, Resident shall submit to Landlord an itemized list of any other reasonably apparent damages to the Premises present at the time occupancy began, including but not limited to any evidence of insect infestation, moisture accumulation, mold, or mildew. This list shall be submitted in writing using the form available from Landlord. Resident shall be responsible for any reasonably apparent damages to the Premises present at the time occupancy began not reported to Landlord as such. Landlord shall have five (5) days from receipt of the move-in inspection form to submit to Resident any written objection. Resident shall report to Landlord the bedroom occupied by Resident in conjunction with the submission of the move-in inspection form.
