IN INSPECTION. Immediately upon occupancy, Resident shall test all smoke detectors and immediately report any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning smoke detectors to Landlord. Within five (5) days after occupancy, Resident shall submit to Landlord an itemized list of any other reasonably apparent damages to the Premises present at the time occupancy began, including but not limited to any evidence of insect infestation, moisture accumulation, mold, or mildew.
