Common use of Conveyance Costs Clause in Contracts

Conveyance Costs. Buyer shall be solely responsible for filing and recording documents related to the transfer of the Properties from Seller to Buyer and for all costs and fees associated therewith, including filing the assignment of the Properties with appropriate federal, state, local and tribal authorities as required by applicable Law. Within thirty (30) Days after Closing, Buyer shall furnish Seller with all recording data and evidence of all required filings.

Within thirty (30) Days after Closing, Buyer shall furnish Seller Sellers with all recording data and evidence of all required filings.
