Conveyance Elements. In order to properly determine culvert information for each culvert crossing, survey data was collected by Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Inc. The pipe diameter was measured, the length and inverts located then surveyed. This information was the foundation for the model representation of the hydraulic system. In addition to the structure inventory, cross- section survey information of natural channels was obtained at selected points along the canals and creeks. In order to represent channel floodplains, survey data was extended in the hydraulic model based on the topographic maps in order to represent channel floodplains. A copy of the survey data is included in Exhibits 3-1 and 3-2.

The Property Owner acknowledges that the location of any transformer and which lots will be affected by any such easements, will not be known until such utility and service providers complete their design work and the Developer has negotiated the terms and conditions thereof.   • Reconveyance Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall request Trustee to reconvey the Property and shall surrender this Security Instrument and all notes evidencing debt secured by this Security Instrument to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Property without warranty to the person or persons legally entitled to it. Such person or persons shall pay any recordation costs.
