Conveyance Free and Clear of Liens. At or prior to the Closing, Seller shall obtain executed releases, in suitable form for filing and otherwise in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, of any security interests granted in the Sale Assets and properties as security for payment of loans and other obligations or judgments and of any other Liens on the Sale Assets.
