Conveyance of the Product. During the Term, Seller shall provide and convey the Product to Buyer in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and Buyer shall have the exclusive right to the Product. Seller shall, at its own cost, take all reasonable actions and execute all documents or instruments that are reasonable and necessary to effectuate the use of the Green Attributes, Capacity Attributes and Resource Adequacy Benefits for Buyer’s benefit throughout the Term.
