Common use of Conveyance Only basis Clause in Contracts

Conveyance Only basis. If a Consumer has, or enters into, a Distributor’s Agreement, the Distributor will: (a) allow electricity to be conveyed through the Network on a Conveyance Only basis on the applicable terms of this agreement to allow the Retailer to supply electricity to that Consumer; and (b) for each relevant ICP, and within 5 Working Days following the commencement of a Distributor’s Agreement, notify the Retailer that a Distributor’s Agreement has been entered into in respect of that ICP.

Conveyance Only basis. If a Consumer has, or enters into, a Distributor’s Agreement, the Distributor will: (a) allow electricity to be conveyed through the Network on a Conveyance Only basis on the applicable terms of this agreement to allow the Retailer to supply electricity to that Consumer; and (b) for each relevant ICP, and within 5 Working Days following update the commencement of a Distributor’s Agreement, notify the Retailer Registry field that indicates that a Distributor’s Agreement has been entered into in respect of that ICP.

If a Consumer has, or enters into, a Distributor’s Agreement, the Distributor will: (a) allow electricity to be conveyed through the Network on a Conveyance Only basis on the applicable terms of this agreement to allow the Retailer to supply electricity to that Consumer; (b) for each relevant ICP, update the Registry field that indicates that a Distributor’s Agreement has been entered into in respect of that ICP; and (bc) for each relevant ICP, and within 5 Working Days following the commencement of a Distributor’s Agreement, notify the Retailer that a Distributor’s Agreement has been entered into in respect of that ICP.
