Common use of Conveyance Taxes Clause in Contracts

Conveyance Taxes. The Company agrees to assume liability for and to hold the Purchaser harmless against any sales, use, transfer, stamp, and value added taxes, registration, recording or other fees, and any similar taxes incurred as a result of the issuance and sale of the Shares as contemplated hereby.
