Conveyances Prohibited. Subject to Section 2.4 hereof, Borrower will not, without the prior written consent of Lender, transfer, convey, lease or otherwise dispose of any Lot, the Improvements, any personal property located or to be located thereon or used in connection with the operation of any Unit, or any part thereof or any interest therein, so long as any part of the Indebtedness is outstanding.
