Common use of Cooks - Shelter Clause in Contracts

Cooks - Shelter. (a) Hours of work for regular full-time and seasonal full-time employees shall be scheduled so that employees work forty (40) hours per week on weekdays, and ten (10) consecutive hours per day, inclusive of a paid meal period of one-half (½) hour.

Cooks - Shelter. Hours of work for regular part-time and seasonal part-time employees shall normally be scheduled so that: employees work eight (½) 8) hours per day, Saturday, Sunday and designated paid holidays as identified in Article inclusive of a paid meal break of one-half hour.
