Common use of Cooling Off Period Clause in Contracts

Cooling Off Period. The Supplier may terminate this Agreement at any time within the period being 14 days after the date of execution of the Agreement without incurring any liability to Bega. If there is a Sharefarmer Supplier under this Agreement, both the Bega Supplier and the Sharefarmer Supplier must exercise their rights under this section 1.3 acting jointly.
