Cooperation/Accurate Information. End User will cooperate with Carahsoft, or its subcontractor, to permit Carahsoft to perform the Services. End User will promptly provide complete and accurate information and access to systems, locations and personnel required. End User agrees that Xxxxxxxxx is not responsible for the consequences arising from End User’s provision of inaccurate information, including inaccurate IP addresses or domain names where such information is critical for Carahsoft to perform the Services.
