Delays/Rescheduling. If End User needs to reschedule the Services for any reason after the Parties have agreed to a schedule, or End User will not be able to provide the information or End User Data in accordance with the schedule, End User must notify Carahsoft at least ten (10) business days in advance so that Carahsoft may reassign personnel. If End User fails to give Carahsoft such notice or reschedule, End User shall pay Carahsoft liquidated damages equal to thirty percent (30%) of the applicable Service Fees.

If Client needs to reschedule Professional Services for any reason after the Parties have agreed to a schedule, or Client will not be able to provide the information or Client Data in accordance with the schedule, Client must notify Coalfire at least ten (10) business days in advance so that Coalfire may reassign personnel. If Client fails to give Coalfire such notice or reschedule, Client will pay Coalfire liquidated damages equal to thirty percent (30%) of the applicable Service Fees in the Ordering Document.
Delays/Rescheduling. Except where the relevant Order provides otherwise, scheduling of eGain’s resources must be agreed to no later than ten (10) Business Days prior to the date work is scheduled to begin. Subsequent scheduling changes requested by Customer may result in additional fees. With respect to Professional Services, delays caused by Customer (or an End Customer, where applicable), under an Order to which eGain has dedicated resources and begun work will be billed to Customer as follows: (i) offsite planned resources will be billed at 50% of the planned hours during the period of the delay; and (ii) onsite planned resources will be billed at 100% of the planned hours during the period of the delay (maximum of 8 hours per Business Day). Delays caused by Customer (or an End Customer, where applicable), that exceed ten (10) Business Days shall entitle eGain to terminate the relevant Order for cause immediately upon written notice.
