Common use of COOPERATION AMONG CONTRACTORS Clause in Contracts

COOPERATION AMONG CONTRACTORS. The Contractor engaged in the performance of the Work is required to execute the Work in cooperation with other contractors who may be affected by the execution of such Work. Any Work begun must be conducted under a schedule prearranged with any such other contractors so that the work of all contractors at one location may proceed continuously and as efficiently as possible.
