Common use of Cooperation Among Parties Clause in Contracts

Cooperation Among Parties. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, each party will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with each other in order to consummate the Contemplated Transactions in a timely manner, including doing the following;
