Cooperation and Good Faith. Each member of the Ashland Global Group and the Valvoline Group shall cooperate fully with all reasonable requests from the other party in connection with the preparation and filing of Tax Returns, audits, contests and other matters covered by this Agreement. Such cooperation shall include the execution of any document that may be necessary or reasonably helpful in connection with any audit or contest, the filing or amending of a Tax Return by a member of the Ashland Global Group or the Valvoline Group, obtaining any tax opinion or Ruling or, for no more than 2 years following the date of this Agreement, the provision of services described in Schedule G (which services shall, for the avoidance of doubt, be provided without remuneration).
