Cooperation Between Parties a. Both parties will supply information needed to process the dispute.
b. Meetings will be scheduled at mutually convenient times.
Cooperation Between Parties. Each Party agrees to cooperate with the other with respect to the preparation, filing, prosecution and maintenance of Patent Rights pursuant to this Section 5.2, including the execution of all such documents and instruments and the performance of such acts as may be reasonably necessary in order to permit the other Party to continue any preparation, filing, prosecution or maintenance of such Patent Rights, including Patent Rights that such Party has elected not to pursue, as provided for in subsections (a), (b) and (c) above. In addition, the filing, prosecuting and maintaining Party in subsections (a), (b) and (c) above shall promptly forward to the other Party copies of any substantive correspondence and actions prepared for or received from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office or any foreign patent office that may materially affect the Patent Rights being prosecuted or maintained. The other Party’s patent counsel may provide comments to the filing, prosecuting and maintaining Party. If any comments by the other Party’s patent counsel are provided in sufficient time for the filing, prosecuting and maintaining Party to reflect such comments in its correspondence or response, and such comments are reasonably directed to maximizing the coverage of the claims of the Patent Rights being prosecuted or maintained, the filing, prosecuting and maintaining Party shall reflect such comments in its correspondence or response, if its patent counsel deems it prudent to do so.
Cooperation Between Parties. The Parties shall cooperate, having regard to the Action Plan, to:
a) develop systems for collecting and analysing data, and exchanging information;
b) exchange information regarding adoption and enforcement of legislative and other management approaches to conservation of albatrosses and petrels;
c) implement education and awareness programmes for users of areas where albatrosses and petrels may be encountered;
d) design and implement comprehensive programmes for public information in relation to the conservation of albatrosses and petrels;
e) develop and implement training programmes on conservation techniques and measures to mitigate threats affecting albatrosses and petrels; and
f) undertake exchange of expertise, techniques and knowledge.
Cooperation Between Parties. 20.5.1 Each party shall have the right to call witnesses of its own choosing at any grievance hearing.
20.5.2 Grievance meetings shall be scheduled at mutually agreeable times and places.
20.5.3 No employee shall be subject to reprisals of any kind for participating in any way in the grievance process.
20.5.4 Formal written grievances shall be submitted using the form in Appendix C of this agreement. Grievances shall include the following:
(a) the specific term(s) of the Agreement allegedly violated, misinterpreted, or misapplied;
(b) a statement of the facts upon which the grievance is based, including the date on which the alleged grievance occurred; and
(c) the remedy sought.
Cooperation Between Parties. Approvals required by any party hereunder shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and the parties shall cooperate with each other to expeditiously complete the actions described in this Agreement.
Cooperation Between Parties. 6.1 The areas of cooperation between the parties shall include the following:
6.1.1 Collaboration and cooperation on matters encountered by either Party that affect the mandate and functions of the other;
6.1.2 Strategic collaboration on measures to promote and enhance the protection of personal information and the access to information;

DVSO and SOE shall fully cooperate with each other and with their respective counsel and accountants in connection with any steps required to be taken as part of their obligations under this Agreement, including the preparation of financial statements and the supplying of information.
Cooperation Between Parties. 4.2.1 Without prejudice to any applicable Legal Requirement, each Party (the "first" Party) at an Offtake Site shall extend reasonable cooperation to each other Party (the "other" Party) at that Offtake Site in connection with the Site Emergency Procedures established by such other Party.
Cooperation Between Parties. 6.6.9.1 Immediately upon resolution of any billing dispute, SBC-13STATE and the Collocator shall cooperate to ensure that all of the following actions are taken within the time(s) specified:
