Cooperation by Manager. Manager shall reasonably cooperate, and shall cause all its employees to reasonably cooperate, in connection with the prosecution or defense of all legal proceedings affecting the Properties or arising in connection with the indemnity obligations of Owner provided for in Section 11.1(b) hereof (but subject to the limitations and allocation of costs therein). The duty of Manager to cooperate shall survive the Expiration Date.
