Common use of Cooperation by Owner Clause in Contracts

Cooperation by Owner. 3.1. Owner will, to the extent reasonable and practicable, cooperate with Appraiser in the performance of Appraiser's services. Such cooperation includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 3.2. Owner's Representative shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, and interpret and define Owner's policies. Appraiser shall be entitled to rely on representations made by Owner's Representative unless otherwise specified in writing by Owner. 3.3. Owner is under no obligation to inspect the Appraiser’s services for errors, defects, or omissions. The failure of the Owner to give notice of or to observe, discover or otherwise detect any error, defect of omission in the Appraiser’s services does not in any way constitute a waiver or acceptance of the error, defect or omission and does not in any way affect or reduce the Appraiser’s responsibilities or liabilities to the Owner under this Agreement.
