Cooperation by the Partnership. If the Covered Person shall transfer any Registrable Securities pursuant to Rule 144, the Partnership shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with the Covered Person and shall provide to the Covered Person such information as may be required to be provided under Rule 144.
