Cooperation from Company. Company shall, in the event of an audit by the Internal Revenue Service, an internal audit by the Employer or a third party firm designated by the Employer, or in any other instance in which the Employer requires it, promptly provide the necessary information as requested by NBS or the Employer or parties designated by NBS or the Employer for the 403(b) accounts held by Company for Participants of the Employer.
