Cooperation Generally. Without limiting any provision of this Section 5.02, the Parties shall cooperate and consult, and shall cause each of their respective Subsidiaries, officers, employees and agents to cooperate and consult to the extent necessary or advisable with respect to any Proceedings (other than a Proceeding by one Party or any of its Subsidiaries against the other Party or any of its Subsidiaries).
