Contractor and its Subcontractors shall provide reasonable assistance to Owner in responding to requests and inspections by any Government Authority for information in connection with the Work involving Contractor or its Subcontractors. Contractor shall provide the NRC the facilities, furnishings, conveniences and access set forth in 10 C.F.R. § 50.70 and shall take good faith efforts to keep confidential the presence of any representative of the NRC at the Site as provided in 10 C.F.R. § 50.70(b)(4).
