Common use of Cooperation in Litigation Clause in Contracts

Cooperation in Litigation. The Executive promises and agrees that, following the date his employment by the Company terminates, he will reasonably cooperate with the Company in any litigation in which the Company is a party or otherwise involved which arises out of events occurring prior to the termination of his employment, including but not limited to, serving as a consultant (at a reasonable hourly rate) or witness and producing documents and information relevant to the case or helpful to the Company.

Cooperation in Litigation. The Executive promises and agrees that, following the date his employment by the Company terminates, that he will reasonably cooperate with the Company in any litigation in which the Company is a party or otherwise involved which that arises out of events occurring prior to the termination of his employment, including but not limited to, serving as a witness or consultant (at a reasonable hourly rate) or witness and producing documents and information relevant to the case or helpful to the Company. The Company agrees to reimburse the Executive for all reasonable costs and expenses he incurs in connection with his obligations under this Section 13.
