COOPERATION IN PREPARATION OF REGISTRATION STATEMENT. (a) Shareholder and the Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to F5 Finishes all information concerning Shareholder and the Company that may be reasonably required or requested for inclusion in the Registration Statement, and will cooperate with F5 Finishes and the Underwriters in the preparation of the Registration Statement and the prospectus included in the Registration Statement.
