COOPERATION IN REGULATORY COMPLIANCE. For so long as the covenants in Sections 5.1(a) and 5.1(b) are in effect, the parties agree to furnish promptly to each other such information as may be reasonably required for the other to prepare and file timely, complete and accurate statements on Schedule 13D and any amendments thereto, in each case, regarding their beneficial ownership of Ordinary Shares, to the extent required under Section 13 of the Exchange Act.
