Upon request, each Authority will inform the other of non-public administrative pecuniary penalties, enforcement or sanction decisions in respect of a cross border establishments or in respect of supervised entities insofar as it relates to the operation of cross-border establishments in that jurisdiction13• The above mentioned information will be given as far as practicable and subject to applicable laws and regulations, and in accordance with the principles set out in this Memorandum of Understanding.
