Cooperation in relation to enforcement and sanctions. 1. Upon request, the ECB and the Authorities will inform each other of any decision on non-public administrative pecuniary penalties, enforcement or sanctions in respect of a cross-border establishment or in respect of a supervised institution insofar as it relates to the operation of a cross-border establishment in the jurisdiction of the ECB or an Authority, as applicable. 2. The above-mentioned information will be given as far as practicable and subject to applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the principles set out in this Memorandum of Understanding.
