Cooperation in relation to enforcement and sanctions. 1. Upon request, the ECB and the Authorities will inform each other of any decision on non-public administrative pecuniary penalties, enforcement or sanctions in respect of a cross-border establishment or in respect of a supervised institution insofar as it relates to the operation of a cross-border establishment in the jurisdiction of the ECB or an Authority, as applicable.
