Cooperation in the light of Antitrust Laws. Unless the Agreement is terminated in accordance with D.4.1 or D.4.2, the Parties shall examine the Term and exclusivity provisions of Part A.1.1 and C.5 of this Agreement no later than the sixth anniversary of the Effective Date in light of the then applicable antitrust legislation. If required, the Parties shall make necessary revisions to the Term and/or exclusivity provisions provided for in this Agreement.
