Cooperation Mechanism. 1. Pursuant to Article 19 in Chapter 6 of CEPA, under the guidance and coordination of the Joint Steering Committee, the two sides will establish communication channels and mechanisms for consultation and coordination through the existing operational mechanisms or setting up new working groups to notify each other on important policies, support exchanges between the industrial and commercial sectors of the two sides, and jointly promote cooperation and development in relevant areas.
