Common use of COOPERATION OF OWNER AND MANAGER Clause in Contracts

COOPERATION OF OWNER AND MANAGER. Owner and Manager shall cooperate fully with each other during the Term of this Agreement to facilitate the performance by Manager of Manager’s obligations and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement and to procure and maintain all Operating Permits. Owner shall provide Manager with such information pertaining to the Facility necessary to the performance by Manager of its obligations hereunder as may be reasonably and specifically requested by Manager from time to time.

COOPERATION OF OWNER AND MANAGER. Owner and Manager shall cooperate fully with each other during the Term of this Agreement to facilitate the performance by Manager of Manager’s 's obligations and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement and to procure and maintain all Operating Permitsconstruction and operating permits. Owner shall provide Manager with such information pertaining to the Facility Project necessary to the performance by Manager of its obligations hereunder as may be reasonably and specifically requested by Manager from time to time.

Owner and Manager shall cooperate fully with each other during the Initial Term of this Agreement and each Extension Term to facilitate the performance by Manager of Manager’s obligations and responsibilities set forth in this Agreement and to procure and maintain all Operating Permitsnecessary Licenses. Owner shall provide Manager with such information pertaining to the Facility The Cannery necessary to the performance by Manager of its obligations hereunder as may be reasonably and specifically requested by Manager from time to time.

Owner shall provide Manager with such information pertaining to the Purchase, Governmental Requirements and the Facility necessary to the performance by Manager of its obligations hereunder as may be reasonably and specifically specifically- requested by Manager from time to time.
