Cooperation on Cybersecurity Issues. The Parties recognize the importance of (a) Develop the capacities of their national entities responsible for cybersecurity and the response to information security incidents, and (b) Use existing collaborative mechanisms to cooperate in identifying and mitigating malicious practices or the dissemination of malicious code affecting the Parties' electronic networks, users' personal information, or protection against unauthorized access to private information or communications

Cooperation on Cybersecurity Issues. The Parties recognize the importance ofof developing: (a) Develop the capacities capabilities of their national entities responsible for cybersecurity and the response to information cyber security incidents, andincident response; (b) Use existing collaborative mechanisms to cooperate in identifying and mitigating malicious practices or the dissemination of malicious code affecting the Parties' electronic networks, users' personal information, data or protection against unauthorized access to private information or communications; and (c) collaboration mechanisms to cooperate in the identification and mitigation of criminal practices such as pedophilia, drug trafficking and apology for other crimes.
