Cooperation on Education and Exchange of Information on Protection, Management and Exploitation of Intellectual Property Rights. The Parties, through their competent agencies, agree to: (a) exchange information and material on programmes pertaining to intellectual property rights education and awareness, and to commercialisationcommercialisation of intellectual property, to the extent permissible under their respective laws, rules, regulations and directives; and (b) encourage and facilitate the development of contacts and cooperation between their respective government agencies, educational institutions, organisations and other entities in the field of intellectual property rights protection and development, including in the education and training of patent agents.
