Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Contractor acknowledges that this Agreement, and information provided in respect of this Agreement, may be subject to release under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. F-15.01. The Contractor may be consulted prior to release of any information.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. This Agreement and the parties hereto are subject to the provisions of the Freedom Of Information And Protection Of Privacy Act (“FOIPPA”). Any information developed in the performance of this Agreement, or any personal information obtained, collected, stored pursuant to this Agreement, including database information, shall be deemed confidential and subject to the provisions of the FOIPPA including the handling, storage, access and security of such information. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party except as expressly permitted by the Authority or pursuant to the requirements of the FOIPPA.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Supplier acknowledges that the City is subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia), which imposes significant obligations on the City’s contractors to protect all personal information acquired from the City in the course of providing any service to the City.

The Seller acknowledges that the Buyer is subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia) and agrees that the Buyer’s non-disclosure obligations under this EPA are subject to the provisions of that legislation, as amended from time to time.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. 7.9.1 As provided by the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, employees have the right to copies of all of their own personal records kept by the College.
7.9.2 The College will not charge employees for the retrieval or duplication of their own personal records.
7.9.3 If employees dispute the accuracy of the information contained in any of their own personal records, they may request a correction in writing.
7.9.4 The College will respond in writing to any request. The response will state the action taken and will include reasons if the College refuses to make the requested correction.
7.9.5 If the College refuses to make a correction, it will include the employee’s request for correction in the record.
7.9.6 The College will disclose personal information to the Union when the disclosure is permitted or required under this Agreement.
7.9.7 The College will disclose personal information not covered by Clause 7.9.6 to the Union only if the Union has the written permission of the employee.
7.9.8 The College will not charge the Union for the retrieval or duplication of information covered by Clause 7.9.6 or Clause 7.9.7.
7.9.9 If the Union makes a Freedom of Information request for information that is not covered by Clause 7.9.6 or Clause 7.9.7, the College may charge the allowable fees as provided in the Act.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The Eligible Applicant acknowledges that information and records maintained by the Minister relating to this Agreement are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Alberta). This Act allows any person a right of access to records in the custody or under the control of a public body, subject to limited and specific exceptions.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. As a public body, the City must comply with statutory obligations under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act concerning personal information and providing access to information under its control. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees to provide reasonable assistance to the City in complying with its statutory obligations under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
