COOPERATION ON MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND WATER DELIVERIES. The Pueblo and the mayordomos and commissioners on those Acequias identified in Article 8.3.1 shall cooperate in the maintenance, repair, and scheduling of water deliveries with respect to those Acequias. Nothing herein shall be construed as a limitation or a change to the rights or powers to which either party may be entitled under applicable law.
