Cooperation Regarding Other Claims and Preservation of Privilege. If any claim is asserted by or against Employer as to which Employee has relevant knowledge, Employee will reasonably cooperate with Employer in the prosecution or defense of that claim by providing truthful information and testimony as reasonably requested by Employer. Employee will also continue to respect and preserve the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine as to those legal matters to which he or she was privy during employment.
