Common use of Cooperation Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Cooperation Upon Termination. Upon the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Manager shall, at Owner’s expense, cooperate with and assist Owner and any successor management company in a smooth and orderly transition in the management and operation of the Hotel in a manner consistent with past practices for day-to-day operations. In connection therewith, Manager shall cooperate to transfer to Owner, to the extent assignable under applicable Legal Requirements, all of Manager’s right, title and interest in and to all restaurant, liquor and other licenses and permits relating solely and specifically to the Hotel.
