Common use of Cooperation with Agents of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Agents of the Trust. The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, such information with respect to the Funds as they may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cooperation with Agents of the Trust. The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, such information Trust with respect to the Funds such information regarding each Fund as they such entities may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and establish use appropriate interfaces with each established by such persons so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cooperation with Agents of the Trust. The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, the Chief Compliance Officer, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, such information with respect to the Funds each Fund as they may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable cooperation and assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, such information Trust with respect to such information regarding the Funds Fund within its possession and control as they such entities may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cooperation with Agents of the Trust. The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, such information Trust with respect to such information regarding the Funds Fund as they such entities may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, obligations and provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulationspersons.

The Investment Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents agents, and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, such information Trust with respect to such information regarding the Funds Fund as they said entities reasonably may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their said entities’ obligations, to provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons said persons, and to establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cooperation with Agents of the Trust. The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, provide such information with respect to the Funds as they may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and, upon request or as is necessary to perform its duties and responsibilities hereunder, establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, and provide such information with respect to the Funds as they may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cooperation with Agents of the Trust. The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the TrustCompany, any Trust Company custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, Trust and/or Company. The Adviser agrees to provide such information with respect to the Funds Company as they any agents and representative of the Trust and/or Company may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their obligations, and provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons and establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Cooperation with Agents of the Trust. The Adviser agrees to cooperate with and provide reasonable assistance to the Trust, any Trust custodian or foreign sub-custodians, any Trust pricing agents agents, and all other agents and representatives of the Trust, such information Trust with respect to such information regarding the Funds as they said entities reasonably may reasonably request from time to time in the performance of their said entities’ obligations, to provide prompt responses to reasonable requests made by such persons said persons, and to establish appropriate interfaces with each so as to promote the efficient exchange of information and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.’
