Common use of Cooperation with Customers Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Customers. Successful Respondent must ensure that Successful Respondent employees, agents, and Subcontractors will cooperate with DIR and Customers at no charge to DIR or Customers for purposes relating to the administration of the TEX-AN 2021 Program including, but not limited to the following purposes: a) The investigation and prosecution of fraud, abuse, and waste in the TEX-AN 2021 Program; b) Audit, inspection, or other investigative purposes; and c) Testimony in judicial or quasi-judicial proceedings relating to the Services under this CTSA or other delivery of information to DIR or Customers’ investigators or legal staff.
