Cooperation with Gaming Authorities. Administrative Agent and each Lender agree to cooperate with all Gaming Boards in connection with the administration of their regulatory jurisdiction over any Loan Party, including the provision of such documents or other information as may be requested by any such Gaming Authority relating to any Loan Party or to the Loan Documents.
