Cooperation with HHSC and state administrative agencies. (a) Cooperation with Other MCOs. MCO agrees to reasonably cooperate with and work with the other MCOs in the MCO Programs, Subcontractors, and third-party representatives as requested by HHSC. To the extent permitted by HHSC’s financial and personnel resources, HHSC agrees to reasonably cooperate with MCO and to use its best efforts to ensure that other HHSC contractors reasonably cooperate with the MCO.
